Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative therapy tends to be more inclusive of the client. In many traditional forms of talk therapy the client may play a less active role in deciding the format or course of sessions.
Integrative therapy gives us a holistic perspective on mental health: emotional well-being is influenced by a combination of biological, cognitive, environmental, and social factors.
In accordance with your preferences, needs, and beliefs, we will collaborate and set-out how you would like to proceed.
We can regularly evaluate the process and introduce skills or activities, if and when deemed beneficial. Such skills or activities may be drawn from any of the following: CBT, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Creative Psychotherapy, Schema-focused therapy, Jungian Psychology, Emotion-focused therapy.
